The Role
We're looking for a talented and passionate Sous Chef to join our leadership team. Working closely with our Head Chef, you'll help lead a dedicated kitchen brigade, maintain exceptional food standards, and contribute to the creative direction of the menu. Key Responsibilities:
* Support the Head Chef in day-to-day kitchen operations
* Lead and mentor junior team members
* Uphold high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency
* Manage prep, service, and ordering efficiently
* Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
* Contribute ideas to menu development and seasonal changes
About You:
* Proven experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie in a high-quality venue
* A strong understanding of seasonal, produce-driven cooking
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* Calm under pressure with a focus on teamwork and professionalism
* Commitment to sustainability and ethical food practices
