Office Coordinator Role
This key office position oversees and coordinates the day-to-day activities of the Bundaberg office, ensuring seamless workflows and compliance with organisational standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Staff management, budget allocation, policy implementation, and office maintenance
* Collaborate closely with internal departments such as Safety, Finance, Projects, IT, and Management as well as external stakeholders, contractors, and suppliers
* Ensure all office operations comply with relevant legislation, organisational policies, and workplace procedures
* Communicate and collaborate with external specialists and service providers including accountants, inspectors, legal advisors, and IT specialists
* Coordinate information flow to support smooth office operations
* Monitor office supply levels and manage procurement of materials and equipment
* Serve as the central point of contact for resolving operational issues
* Assist managers in tracking employee performance and maintaining performance-related records
