Bar Attendants
RSA certificate (QLD)
RSG certificate (QLD) – or must have within 2 weeks of commencing
DoFoodSafely certificate (free short training)
Excellent customer service
Broad bar product knowledge of beers, draft beer, pre-mix drinks, basic wine knowledge, cocktails
Have Keno experience or willing to learn
Gaming & Bar Attendants
Items in the Bar Attendant above plus :
Gaming Machine Attendant experience
Tab & Bar Attendants
Items in the Bar Attendant above plus :
Prior TAB experience
TAB Compliance or willing to renew
Duty Managers / Assistant Duty Managers
Need to have all the Gaming, TAB & Bar Attendant items plus :
5+ years Hospitality or Retail experience
1+ years Supervisory experience
Solid problem-solving skills and a can-do approach
Classes themselves as a customer service legend
RMLV– current or willingness to recertify
Approved Manager license
Not afraid of computers
Current Drivers' License (with a safe driving history)
Food and Beverage / Functions Attendants
Experienced in Bistro / Restaurant / Café food service
DoSafely certificate (free short training)
Basic bar skills (or willingness to learn)
RSA (or willingness to obtain within 2 weeks of commencement)
Willing to learn coffee making
Barista (Coffee Making Legend)
Solid coffee making skills
DoFoodSafely certificate (free short training)
Basic bar skills (or willingness to learn)

Bottleshop Attendants
Solid Beverage knowledge (knowledge about wines, beers, spirits, mixes)
