Environmental Conditions
Able to lift 40 lbs. without assistance, adherence to all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Safety Standards, Cold Room/Freezers at -22°C, some PPE (personal protective equipment) required (safety glasses, gowning, gloves, lab coat, ear plugs, etc.), and ability to work with hazardous/toxic materials.

Position Summary
As a Warehouse Material Handler, you will be part of a disciplined and professional team operating in a GMP environment. Your main duties include receiving incoming deliveries, picking materials for production, packing materials for export shipments, and recording inventory status (both paper and electronic records). Must be comfortable working in a cold environment.
Responsibilities
* Check incoming deliveries and verify items received for accuracy.
* Load and unload transport items.
* Put-away materials in the warehouse.
* Label incoming materials.
* File deliveries and warehouse records; prepare basic documentation.
* Pick and issue materials to production.
* Perform stock counts.
* Pack materials for export shipments according to SOP.
* Perform system transactions.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
* Conduct daily inspections of the warehouse to maintain organization.
* Perform other activities as assigned by the Manager or Supervisor.
Other Requirements
* Minimum GCE 'O' Level/Nitec qualification in any field.
* 5 to 6 years of relevant warehouse experience.
* Experience with SAP preferred.
* Basic English communication skills.
* Valid forklift license and competence in operating material handling equipment.
* Hardworking, team-oriented.
* Comfortable with physical warehouse work.
