Civil Project Manager – Darwin, NT
DTA Contractors Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Civil Project Manager to join our dynamic team in Darwin, Northern Territory. As the Civil Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the successful delivery of complex infrastructure projects within the construction industry. This is a full-time position offering the opportunity to contribute to the growth and development of our company.

You will report directly to the Company Directors, ensuring clear communication and strong support for project delivery.

What You'll Be Doing
* Manage the planning, coordination, and execution of civil engineering projects from start to finish.
* Deliver diverse projects in the civil, marine, and landfill space, all based in Darwin.
* Lead a team of professionals, including engineers, contractors, and subcontractors, to ensure timely and efficient project completion.
* Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations to optimise project performance.
* Identify and mitigate risks, and implement appropriate risk management strategies.
* Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory authorities to ensure project compliance and customer satisfaction.
* Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes, drive innovation, and enhance the overall quality of project deliverables.

What We're Looking For
* Degree in Civil Engineering (required).
* At least 8 years of demonstrated experience as a Civil Project Manager.
* Strong project management skills, including the ability to develop and implement comprehensive project plans.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with clients, contractors, and team members.
* Proficient in the use of project management software and tools.
* Essential proficiency in MS Project software is required.
* Thorough understanding of construction methods, safety regulations, and quality control procedures.
* Proven track record of successfully delivering complex civil engineering projects within budget and time constraints.
