Current opportunity
The purpose of this role is to assist clients transition tomodern technologies to improve their business operations. Workingwithin the Sydney Consulting team, this role will assist in drivinggrowth, innovation, and execution in the D365 (Dynamics AX andDynamics CRM), Azure, PowerApps, Power BI, and / or SQL, andsupporting languages such as Python.
This role will also provide expert advice on digital strategyand transformation enabled by Microsoft technologies, data andintegration and will have exposure to data and analytics trends andtechnologies.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Assist with building BDO’s Digital & Technology Advisory presence by providing expertise in one or more of the following: D365 (Dynamics AX and Dynamics CRM), Azure, PowerApps, Power BI, and / or SQL, and supporting languages such as Python.
* Support the development of compelling, unique and innovative value propositions and solutions by leveraging Microsoft technologies.
* Collaborate with colleagues to leverage the breadth of the firm’s expertise and innovation.
* With the support of managers, lead client engagements, and act as a key contact with senior stakeholders.
* Drive self-growth by initiating own development and help to enhance the capability of the team.

Your Experience and Education:
* Experience in one of or more programs of the Microsoft product stack as described above, particularly as a functional consultant or architect.
* Relevant career experience managing and implementing projects in one or more of the following programs: D365 (Dynamics AX and Dynamics CRM), Azure, PowerApps, Power BI, and / or SQL, and supporting languages such as Python.
* Desire and willingness to develop technical skills.
* Highly developed interpersonal and networking skills and exceptional stakeholder management.
* Strong, structured problem-solving skills and client service team leadership capabilities.
* Demonstrated capability in developing team members both in work quality and in role modelling firm values in behaviour day to day.
