Steph Brooke Studio is on the lookout for a reliable, detail-oriented person to join our team in a hands-on print production role. This is a full-time position (5 days a week) with some flexibility. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working behind the scenes, has an interest in art or printmaking, and takes pride in producing high-quality work.
About the role:
You'll be responsible for operating the studio's printers (training provided), handling and loading paper and canvas, managing print orders, trimming and tubing prints, and carefully packaging orders ready to send. Attention to detail is key - we take great care to ensure each print leaves the studio in perfect condition.
You'll be working closely with our small team in Rosebud and reporting to Lauren, our Studio Manager. The role is part of a collaborative environment where everyone contributes to delivering high-quality work, from creative to production and everything in between.
What we're looking for:
You don't need prior print experience, but an interest in art and a willingness to learn are essential. The ideal candidate is dependable, focused, and comfortable adapting to the changing needs of a creative studio. Experience using Shopify, StarShippit, Mirage RIP software, Google Sheets, and Mac OS would be a bonus, but not essential. Training will be provided.
The practical stuff:
• Located in Rosebud, VIC
• $35 per hour + super
• 5 days per week, flexible schedule
• Willing to work additional hours during busy periods (e.g. EOFY and Black Friday)
