Portfolio details
* Approximately 130 properties, all houses located within The Hills District
* End-to-end property management
* Support from a dedicated administrator and leasing agent
* Stable, organised portfolio with long-term landlords
Key Responsibilities
* End-to-end management of a residential portfolio
* Coordination of repairs and maintenance
* Arrears management
* Rent reviews and lease renewals
* Tribunal preparation and attendance
* Management of insurance claims
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords, tenants and contractors
Experience & Requirements
* Minimum 2 years' experience as a Property Manager
* Sound knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act
* Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication, with proven negotiation ability
* Ability to multitask and work under pressure
* High attention to detail
* Ability to work both autonomously and within a team
* Experience with Property Tree (preferred)
* Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
* Driver's licence and own vehicle
