About the Role
Our lovely Team Assistant's visa is expiring ?
We need someone amazing to fill her shoes.
In this key role, you'll provide vital support to our recruitment team, helping them stay organised, efficient, and on top of their game.
Your efforts will ensure the smooth running of daily operations and contribute to the success of our recruitment processes.
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Be the first point of contact - managing phone calls, emails, and inquiries with professionalism and a friendly touch.
Assist with administrative tasks and various recruitment projects.
Help manage candidate records and ensure they're kept up to date.
Conduct reference checks to ensure we're hiring only the best.
Write clear, engaging job ads that attract top talent.
Support consultants with scheduling and organising candidate placements.
Perform general administrative duties to keep the office running smoothly.
Jump in wherever needed - no day will be the same.
What You Bring to the Table
At least 2 years of experience in an administrative and/or customer service focused role.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
A solid understanding of Microsoft Office 365.
A proactive attitude, a strong sense of initiative, and a thirst for learning.
A positive, team-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering results.
