Inclusive Employment Services Manager – Mental Health Specialist
We are seeking experienced and high-performing professionals to lead teams across our sites and regions.
* Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of Employment Consultants, modelling best practice through the Individual Placement & Support (IPS) Model.
* Deliver high-quality, person-centred services that reflect our values and respond to the strengths and aspirations of each participant.
* Oversee day-to-day operations, compliance, and performance to ensure smooth, effective service delivery.
* Build strong partnerships with employers to create inclusive opportunities and support sustainable employment outcomes.
* Develop referral pathways through strong connections with NDIS and community mental health providers.
* Monitor and report on outcomes, using data and feedback to drive continuous improvement.
* Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to support participants' holistic needs in employment, wellbeing, and workplace readiness.
* Invest in your team's development through coaching, training, and career growth opportunities.
