Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver detailed human health and ecological risk assessments for contaminated sites
* Lead the development of Conceptual Site Models (CSMs) and exposure assessments
* Interpret toxicological, site, and exposure data to inform health/ecological risks
* Review or prepare site-specific risk-based criteria
* Advise clients, auditors and regulators on site management strategies
* Support business development and proposal writing
* Mentor and train emerging risk assessors within the team
Requirements:
* Degree in Environmental Science, Toxicology, Environmental Engineering, Chemistry or similar
* Minimum 8+ years in risk assessment roles (consulting or regulator)
* Strong technical knowledge of relevant frameworks
* Experience working on complex industrial or contaminated land sites
* Confidence working with multidisciplinary teams and clients
* Collaborative mindset and genuine interest in mentoring others
