Administration Manager – Canberra Outlet Centre
We're looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Administration Manager to join our Centre Management team based at Canberra Outlet Centre.

Responsibilities
1. Drive the debt ratio for the centre to meet company requirements
2. Support financial management, including direct recoveries and extended trade recharges as per company requirements
3. Undertake the relevant process and procedures to meet client reporting requirements
4. Effective management of centre administrative functions, in accordance with company policies and procedures
5. Effective support and management of the Administration Coordinator
Qualifications
6. Qualification is Business Administration or similar
7. Minimum 5 years' experience working as an Administration/accounts professional
8. Exposure to debt collection and confident in liaising with retailers
9. Exposure to retail property highly regarded
10. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially excel, with financial acumen
