Sous Chefs
Are you a culinary leader with experience in managing kitchen operations in remote environments? As a Sous Chef, you will oversee the smooth functioning of our kitchens and lead teams to deliver exceptional food experiences.
About the Role:
* Liaise with Head Chefs and Line Chefs to ensure seamless kitchen operations
* Develop and implement strategies to improve quality and efficiency
* Manage inventory, ordering, and reporting to meet business objectives
* Maintain high standards of HACCP principles and workplace safety

About You:
* Minimum 3 years' experience in remote village environments (FIFO or DIDO)
* At least 2 years' supervisory experience in a team of chefs
* Strong experience in bulk/batch cooking and ordering/reporting
* Certificate III/IV in Commercial Cookery or Trade certificate
