The Role
As a Room Leader, you will:
* Lead the classroom team to deliver engaging, play-based learning programs aligned with the EYLF and NQS.
* Build strong, respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
* Oversee daily room operations, ensuring compliance with regulations and service policies.
* Mentor and support educators, fostering a collaborative and positive team culture.
* Document and assess children's learning and development through effective planning cycles.
What We're Looking For
* A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent or working towards).
* Demonstrated experience in a leadership or senior educator role.
* Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).
* Excellent communication, organisation, and leadership skills.
* A passion for creating meaningful, fun, and inclusive learning experiences.
* Current Blue Card, First Aid/CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certificates.
