Your new role:
In this senior clinical role, you will provide high-level occupational therapy services across Rehabilitation, ReACH and GEMITH programs. You will manage a complex caseload, contribute to service development and support evidence-based practice across inpatient, community and home environments.
You will:
* Provide advanced occupational therapy assessment, intervention and case management
* Support development of clinical practices, protocols and evidence-based approaches
* Supervise and mentor HP3 clinicians, students and Allied Health Assistants
* Collaborate with interprofessional teams to support patient goals and safe discharge planning
About you:
You are an experienced occupational therapist with strong clinical skills in rehabilitation, community outreach and geriatric care. You thrive in dynamic environments and demonstrate strong communication, teamwork and leadership capabilities.
You will bring:
* High-level OT skills in rehabilitation, community visits and geriatric care
* Ability to manage complex caseloads and rapidly prioritise clinical demands
* Strong communication and collaboration skills in multidisciplinary settings
* Experience supervising junior clinicians and contributing to service improvement

Logan Hospital is the major health centre for one of the fastest growing areas in Queensland. We offer a range of services, including medical, rehabilitation, maternity, surgical and paediatric care.
We offer our staff and students extensive support and training in most medical specialties. As a teaching hospital, we help train future health care professionals and participate in research through strong partnerships with Queensland's leading medical schools, universities, and TAFE Queensland.
Our services will continue to grow as we build bigger and better facilities to support the community. By 2027, we'll have more beds and 5 more birthing suites as part of the Logan Hospital expansion.
