Family law is the missing piece to our multi-disciplinary practice of property and conveyancing, estates and estate planning, notarial, commercial and crime. Previously a powerhouse in family law, we experience a high-demand from new family law clients that we want to serve once again.
We are looking for a well rounded professional able to manage the practice area, someone who is experienced enough to run their part of the practice, their way, within the support and structure of our existing team.
This is a senior role suited to a practitioner looking to build or expand a family law practice with genuine autonomy, strategic input, and long-term opportunity. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping the firm's family law offering, mentoring junior practitioners, and developing client relationships across the region.

Responsibilities
* Lead and grow the firm's family law practice
* Manage complex parenting, property, and financial matters
* Appear regularly at court
* Provide strategic advice to clients in sensitive and high-stakes matters
* Contribute to firm leadership, business development, and mentoring
About you
* Senior family law practitioner admitted in Victoria
* Demonstrated experience running complex parenting and property matters
* Strong advocacy, negotiation, and client-management skills
* Commercially minded with an interest in practice growth
* Collegial, professional, and aligned with a regional practice model
