Your Role – Property Management Administrator
This is a critical support role for our growing property management team, with a strong focus on client interaction, team assistance, and compliance support.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the entire onboarding process for new properties secured by the BDM, ensuring they are fully prepared and compliant for leasing.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date property and tenant records, guaranteeing data integrity across all systems and documentation.
* Deliver high-level administrative support, including drafting and reviewing documentation, preparing agreements, and handling professional email correspondence to ensure seamless communication.
What We're Looking For:
* Experience in real estate admin or property management is highly regarded.
* A current Real Estate Certificate (or willingness to obtain one)
* High-level organisational skills and a professional approach
* Strong communication, attention to detail, and tech confidence (Microsoft Office, property systems)
* A team player who takes initiative and delivers with a customer-first mindset.
