The Elders Business Development Manager – Property Management will play a key role in identifying, developing, and executing strategic growth opportunities within the property management sector. The focus will be on expanding the client base by generating a strong pipeline of potential new business and driving revenue growth.
Responsibilities
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities through phone canvassing, door knocking, and targeted marketing.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships to grow the rent roll and drive revenue growth.
* Conduct market appraisals and present property management services to prospective clients.
* Convert proposals into management agreements and coordinate documentation ensuring legal compliance.
* Provide professional, accurate advice and maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends and competitor activity.
* Maintain accurate CRM records and report on business development and client interactions.
* Network through industry events to generate referrals and collaborate with Sales to convert leads into new managements.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in a similar business development role.
* Relevant tertiary qualifications (desirable).
* Proven track record in developing and securing new business, including canvassing, prospecting and marketing.
* Experience in the local property market.
* Strong client relationship and communication skills.
* Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
* Sound computer and administration skills.
* Solid understanding of applicable Real Estate legislation.
* Current Property Management and/or Real Estate Licence, Certificate of Registration.
* Driver's licence (essential).
