We are expanding our team and seeking a motivated Account Manager to join our Melbourne team, responsible for driving sales growth, managing key clinic relationships, and identifying new business opportunities within the region.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow existing customer relationships within your assigned territory.
Identify and convert new business opportunities to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Conduct in-clinic product education, training coordination, and business development meetings.
Develop territory plans aligned with company strategy to increase product adoption and market share.
Monitor and report on sales performance
Collaborate closely with the National Sales Manager and cross-functional teams (Marketing, Clinical, and Customer Service).
Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure all client interactions are logged and reported.
About You
Proven sales experience, ideally within the pharmaceutical, aesthetics, or skincare industry.
Strong relationship management and communication skills.
Ability to plan, prioritise, and execute effectively within a fast-paced environment.
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving and exceeding targets.
Previous experience engaging with clinics, nurses, or medical practitioners will be highly regarded.
