The Southport branch is currently looking for a reliable team member to assist with an important customer outreach project.About the RoleAs an Outbound Customer Service Officer, you’ll be contacting existing customers to notify them of changes to their direct debit payment process, following updates from the Bank's direct debit process. This is not a sales role – it’s purely focused on relaying important information in a professional and friendly manner.You’ll be making around 80 calls per day, working through a list of approximately 2,000 customers over the course of a 6-week assignment.
