They are currently looking for a skilled Technical Support Lead to join the team to assist in leading the Operations Centre team
**The Role**
- Assist in leading a team of geographically spread technicians.
- Lead daily stand-ups to ensure issues are prioritized effectively.
- Lead day-to-day operations and manage ticket queues of the team.
- Ensure all team members are well trained and provide development opportunity.
- Ensure SLAs are maintained and represent the face of IT support to internal and external clients alike.
- Assist in creating, developing, maturing, and maintaining documentation.
**Your Profile**
- Experience having mentored and lead IT teams previously.
- Understanding of ITIL processes and meeting SLAs.
- Strong ability to mentor, guide and develop team members.
- Good technical ability across Microsoft, MacOS & iOS products.
