The purpose of the Global CRM Squad is to liaise with our business and technology partners and drive the release cadence for our Global CRM Platform resulting in enhanced outcomes for our business.
The Institutional CRM Platform, Mercury is widely used across 32 countries and its features include:
**Recording of client information**: contacts, interactions, deals, referrals and account planning
Managing of ANZ sponsored Events
On-demand reporting suite to drive meaningful interactions with your customers.
Bringing ANZ employees up-to-date quickly on opportunities and deals
Alerts and notifications to keep the team informed and prompt actions to be taken on your clients.
Available on desktop, tablets and mobile devices
As a Product Owner, you will enable and inspire a multi-disciplinary team ('Squad') to pursue its mission, by guiding them on 'what' work should be completed by the squad. The Product Owner constantly prioritises tasks and the squad's backlog with the customer at the heart of their decision making. The Product Owner also ensures that the work is strategically aligned to the tribe mission and engages with other Product Owners to align and manage interdependencies. Whilst this role is not a people manager, it is a key leadership role, galvanising the squad around a vision and supporting them to successfully deliver customer value at pace.

Exceptional interpersonal skills, including the ability to inspire, mentor, coach and develop others
Ability to quickly grasp new content and the ability to translate this to your Chapter
Works with Tribe Lead/Tech Area Lead to understand and plan for workforce capability needs, current and future
