Please speak with us about potential options.Your key responsibilitiesAdvise a range of clients, from large corporates to high-net-worth individuals, contributing to the development and implementation of tax strategies and solutions for clients.Research a range of tax matters including tax administration and international tax matters.Get involved in dispute resolution processes and help clients respond to requests for information in the context of ATO reviews and audits.Draft various documents including objections, private binding ruling requests, requests for amended assessments, and submissions in relation to penalties.Collaborate with partners and staff across different geographies to maintain connectivity and visibility.What we look forLaw degree and admission to practice law in Australia with 5+ years PQEStrong tax technical and legal research skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work with a number of different clients and internal stakeholders on multiple deadlinesIdeally, you’ll also have the skills and attributes below but don’t worry if you don’t tick all the boxes.
