Key Responsibilities:
* Cooks: Prepare meals, manage stock, and maintain a clean kitchen environment.
* Night Attendants: Provide security, attend to housekeeping duties, monitor entry and exit, and respond to emergencies.
* Housekeepers: Perform daily cleaning tasks, maintain supplies and linen, and inspect rooms for repairs and maintenance needs.
The Ideal Candidate:
* You will have a strong understanding of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures and the issues affecting First Nations peoples.
* Experience in a similar industry is desirable but what matters most is your ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Before starting, you are required to provide evidence of Australian Citizenship, undergo a National Criminal History Check, meet Fitness for Duty requirements, and hold a NSW Working with Children Check.
