About the Role
We are seeking a Marketing Communications Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to leverage their expertise in content development and research-driven storytelling to create impactful promotional campaigns and training materials that drive business success.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining product assets, such as data sheets, web pages, and presentation decks, and working with external and internal resources to produce product videos.
They will also collaborate with the larger marketing team on new product launches, including product assets, training materials, and promotional strategies. Additionally, they will work with the digital marketing manager and internal sales teams to write engaging content to improve the buyer journey and conversion.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field, and 1-3 years of professional experience in marketing communications.
Key skills and qualifications include exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling abilities, strong knowledge of content marketing, and proven ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and work cross-functionally.
The selected candidate will be proficient in web content management systems (WordPress and HubSpot) and analytics tools, and have creativity and experience developing infographics and other visual content using design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).

Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain product assets such as data sheets, web pages, and presentation decks

* Work with a graphic designer to design brochures, web banners, and other graphic materials for targeted audiences
Requirements
