The successful candidate will have expertise in project scheduling, budgeting, and risk management, with a strong understanding of the construction industry and its challenges.
Key responsibilities include analyzing project specifications, preparing and revising construction schedules, coordinating with designers, engineers, and contractors, monitoring project progress, and providing updates to stakeholders.
In addition, the candidate will provide strategic advice on the impact of design changes to the programmed activities, report regularly to the Project Management Office, and develop short- and long-term programs.
The ideal candidate will have an engineering degree, a minimum of 10 years' experience in construction, maintenance, or planning/scheduling work, and excellent communication skills.
