We are seeking an experienced and motivated Service Manager to join a dynamic and growing team based in Perth. About the Role As the Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the electrical service department. You'll work closely with both internal teams and external clients to ensure the seamless delivery of maintenance and quoted works across the metro area. This role includes team leadership, quoting, scheduling, budgeting, and compliance management — making it ideal for someone who enjoys variety and autonomy.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage reactive, routine, and quoted works from start to finish
- Lead and support a team of experienced Technicians
- Work closely with senior management and service administrators to meet operational goals
- Provide technical support and oversee complex electrical tasks
- Quote and estimate works including tender support
- Oversee procurement, staff scheduling, and job cost reporting
- Ensure compliance with HSEQ standards, document control, and client systems
- Maintain strong relationships with both internal stakeholders and external clients
What You'll Need to Succeed
- Current WA Electrical Licence (Essential)
- Minimum 2 years' experience in service/contract management
- Experience working with government or commercial clients (Preferred)
- Simpro job management software experience (Highly Regarded)
- Valid WA C-Class Driver's Licence (Essential)
- Strong understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices
- Proven leadership and communication skills
- Full Australian Working rights
- National police clearance valid within 6 months
