What You'll Do
As an Account Executive, you'll be an integral part of our client service team, supporting the day-to-day management of client accounts and helping ensure smooth, efficient service delivery.
Key responsibilities include:
• Client Support & Administration – Prepare quotes, renewals, and policy documentation with accuracy and timeliness.
• Portfolio Assistance – Support the Account Manager in servicing SME and Commercial client portfolios, responding to queries and processing endorsements.
• Relationship Building – Maintain strong client relationships through professional communication and a proactive, service-first approach.
• Team Collaboration – Work closely with internal teams, including underwriting and claims, to coordinate client solutions and ensure seamless service.

What We're Looking For
We're seeking driven professionals with a strong mix of expertise and enthusiasm for the insurance industry. Ideally, you'll bring:
• Tier 1 Insurance Broking qualification
• Relevant certifications or professional development in financial services
• Solid knowledge of general insurance products, particularly SME and commercial lines
• 1–3 years' experience in insurance broking, underwriting, or financial services
