What You'll Do
As an Account Executive, you'll be an integral part of our client service team, supporting the day-to-day management of client accounts and helping ensure smooth, efficient service delivery.
Key responsibilities include:
•Client Support & Administration – Prepare quotes, renewals, and policy documentation with accuracy and timeliness.
•Portfolio Assistance – Support the Account Manager in servicing SME and Commercial client portfolios, responding to queries and processing endorsements.
•Relationship Building – Maintain strong client relationships through professional communication and a proactive, service-first approach.
•Team Collaboration – Work closely with internal teams, including underwriting and claims, to coordinate client solutions and ensure seamless service.

What We're Looking For
We're seeking driven professionals with a strong mix of expertise and enthusiasm for the insurance industry. Ideally, you'll bring:
•Tier 1 Insurance Broking qualification
•Relevant certifications or professional development in financial services
•Solid knowledge of general insurance products, particularly SME and commercial lines
•1–3 years' experience in insurance broking, underwriting, or financial services
