Dang & Vu Enterprise Pty Ltd is seeking reliable and hardworking Hospitality Workers to join our teams at Taste of Viet and Soul Origin at Casuarina Square. These are full-time positions suited to individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced café and restaurant environment and are committed to delivering high-quality customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
· Provide professional and courteous customer service in café and restaurant environments.
· Greet and seat customers, take food and beverage orders, and serve meals and drinks promptly.
· Recommend beverages to complement meals and prepare coffee, cocktails, and other alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to business standards.
· Operate POS systems, EFTPOS, cash registers, and gaming terminals, processing payments accurately.
· Clear tables, wash and return dishes and glassware, and maintain clean and hygienic service areas, including bars and coffee stations.
· Select and grind coffee, tap kegs, replenish drink dispensers, and restock shelves, refrigerators, and service supplies.
· Assist with preparing and displaying stock, including specials, and promote products and services to customers.
· Support daily operations during busy periods and assist with food and beverage tours or tastings where required.
· Follow food safety, workplace health and safety, and company procedures, and comply with all relevant hospitality regulations.
Requirements:
· At least 1 year of relevant full-time experience
· Strong customer service and communication skills.
· Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced team environment.
· Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn.
