About the Role
This key position entails leading a driven team to deliver an outstanding customer experience in a dynamic resort environment. The successful candidate will possess proven experience in all hotel departments, with a strong focus on revenue management, rooms divisions, food and beverage operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Achieve top-line revenue and bottom-line results through effective leadership and strategic decision-making.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including the Body Corporate.
* Lead by example, promoting a culture of excellence, inclusivity, and fun within the organization.
* Foster a positive work environment, encouraging open communication, training, coaching, and employee development.
* Maintain a Resident Letting Agent licence and stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.
