No more standing in a gym having the same one‐on‐one conversations for hours.

Come outside, breathe fresh air, work with a whole group of legends, and see why we love it so much.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW (THE HOURS)

* 3–4 hours per week
* Perfect for a student or someone who already has another job
* Hours can grow slowly over time (PT, holiday cover, challenges)

It's a small role — but a great one.

If you're the right person, it will fit into your life beautifully.

WHO WE ARE

Bailey's Bodies Fitness runs outdoor bootcamps in Ferntree Gully for real people — mostly women aged 35–60 who want to get fitter, stronger, more confident, and feel part of something.

We're asocially forwardgroup.

We train together — and yes, we eat and drink together too.

This isn't a drill‐sergeant environment.

It's supportive, warm, funny, inclusive, and community‐first.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR (YOUR PERSONALITY MATTERS MOST)

We can teach you programming.

We can teach you structure.

We cannot teach you personality.

We're looking for someone who is:

* Friendly, calm, caring, and socially confident
* Able to chat to anyone and make them feel comfortable
* Motivating without being intimidating
* Good with beginners, returners, and mobility challenges
* Confident running a group outdoors
* Someone who genuinely enjoys helping people

This role suits:

* Cert III / IV students
* Trainers wanting extra income
* PTs with another job
* Someone local to Ferntree Gully
* Someone who loves group energy more than gym silence

ROLE DUTIES

* Design and run outdoor bootcamp sessions with confidence and care
* Modify movements for injuries, mobility, and fitness levels
* Build genuine rapport with members
* Set up / pack up equipment
* Occasionally help with small admin tasks

SESSION TIMES

A mix of:

* 6:00 am sessions
* 6:00 pm sessions

Approx.3–4 hours per week to begin.

REQUIREMENTS

* Certificate III in Fitness
* CPR & First Aid
* Insurance
* Reliable transport
* A warm, upbeat, socially confident personality
