Job Summary
The primary function of this role is to provide financial, administrative and marketing support to the COMPACT team.
Extensive on-the-job training will be provided to the successful applicant.

Our ideal applicant:
We are looking for someone who is organised with high level administration skills, attention to detail and time management. An excellent communicator with outstanding customer service skills. Working directly to support our Riverina Murray team, you will be central to the smooth running of our offices and programs to keep our workplace humming.
Your key responsibilities will be to:
• A desire to work in a youth focused organisation.
• Provide administration support to the COMPACT team in a professional business environment to ensure the smooth running of our offices and delivered youth programs.
• Be able to work closely with the COMPACT management team to prepare and process financial transactions, reports and payroll.
• Provide strong technology skills with MS Office 365. Knowledge of Xero an advantage
• Be able to provide friendly and professional customer service
• Have some experience with social media platforms, and/or design and content creation software such as Canva, Sked social or similar
• Maintain professional office environments, vehicles and equipment
• Be willing to learn new things, be committed, reliable, flexible and hardworking
Essential Criteria:
• Have Certificate III level qualifications in Business Administration and/or 3 – 5 years' current experience working in a Business Administration, Customer Service and/or Finance role
• Demonstrated high level communication and interpersonal skills, both oral and written.
• Computer literate with proficiency in MS Office suite, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently, self-manage, prioritise tasks and meet strict timelines to achieve set KPIs.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a diverse team to achieve organisational goals.
• Provide Working with Children Check clearance under the Child Protection Working with Children Act 2012: See link:

• Provide Current NSW Driver's License Class C and unblemished Certified driving record: See link:
