**But enough about us, let's talk about you**
Our Construction team is looking for a self-motivated, hardworking and experienced individual to fill the position of Drainer, on a permanent basis. The role involves undertaking drainage work activities and supporting the drainage team in completing drainage works in a safe and efficient manner to agreed quality standards.
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Experience in trenching, pipe laying, basic leveling and pegging, backfilling and compaction operations.
- Previous experience in a roadwork and drainage (construction and maintenance) environment.
- Practical experience with plant and tools, including Excavator Certificate, Quick Cut Saw ticket and Dogman's ticket.
- Current unrestricted "HR" (Heavy Rigid) class national drivers' licence.
- Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications.
In addition to the above, the following will be highly regarded:
- Current certificate in Basic Worksite Traffic Management (desirable)
- Current Senior First Aid Certificate (desirable)
- Completion of Year 10 Certificate (desirable)
- Loader, Watercart and Roller experience, Accreditation (desirable)
This is a physically demanding position, and the successful applicant will be required to undergo a Full Pre-medical assessment including Drug and Alcohol testing.

This fulltime Level 3 position attracts a salary range of $70,333 - $72,950 gross per annum dependent on qualifications and experience.
