We are seeking a Property Management Professional to join our team on a full-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity to work from various locations within Western Australia or remotely.
The role involves managing a portfolio of properties and driving growth through client relationships and new business opportunities.
As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and tradespeople, identifying and cultivating new opportunities, and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and industry standards.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, identify and cultivate new business opportunities, and ensure compliance with industry standards.
* Manage lease agreements, rent reviews, and rent collection while providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues professionally.
About You
* Registered property manager with 2 years or more experience.
* Possess an understanding of Residential Tenancy Legislation.
* Hold a current driver's license.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
