FASSIFERN COACHES is expanding. Our current, private school clients require additional runs, so new roles within the company are now available. These roles are for SCHOOL BUS RUNS, with some runs including a late run. Charter work is also available and additional. Work hours are varied, depending on run. Runs start at 25hrs per week, with some runs up to 35hrs per week. Additional work hours (late run and charter), can produce up to 40hrs per week
The roles are available for a TERM 1 start (27th January 2026. Complete route training provided on a "one on one" basis, prior to this date - commencing immediatley.
Location
The roles are based in the Ipswich area and service suburbs in and around NORTH IPSWICH and WESTERN SUBURBS. These roles would suit candidates preferably residing in these areas or the surrounding suburbs. These runs 'premium services' as they operate in the private sector, no money collection & have computerised student software to assist drivers.
The Role
* Undertake a varied range of work including School Runs, Late Run, School Charter &/or General Charter.
* Provides exceptional standards of professional service.
* Ensure vehicles are maintained in a clean and tidy manner at all times.
* Driver ensures promptness & courtesy at ALL times, to ALL customers
* Must to communicate positively and effectively.
* Maintains excellent organisational skills.
* Supports flexible working conditions
* Must attend and participate in annual driver training programs.
* Must maintain and uphold professional bus driver standards.
Essential Requirements
To be considered for this role you must hold the following valid & current licenses:
* Queensland Drivers License
* Medium Ridged License (at minimum)
* Queensland Industry Drivers Authority (if you don't have a current DA, we can assist you in getting one)
* Minimum of 1 year experience BUS DRIVING (preferred)
