About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Test Manager to lead testing efforts on a new Salesforce CRM Greenfield project. This role will involve managing end-to-end testing, with a strong focus on data testing, Salesforce testing, and system connectivity across a large-scale CRM replacement initiative.
The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the integrity of system logic, end-to-end data flows, and smooth migration into Salesforce. This project covers Salesforce CRM implementation (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud), call centre operations, and internal business systems.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage testing activities across Salesforce CRM implementation projects.
Define and implement testing strategies, including functional, regression, integration, and UAT.
Manage Salesforce and data testers, ensuring high-quality execution and coordination.
Oversee system and data testing to validate end-to-end connectivity and data migration.
Ensure data accuracy and synchronization between Salesforce and integrated platforms.
Collaborate with project stakeholders during scoping, development, and execution phases.
Required Skills & Experience
10+ years of test management experience.
5+ years of managing Salesforce projects.
In-depth knowledge of Salesforce architecture, data models, objects, fields, profiles, and permissions.
Experience with Salesforce modules: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
Strong understanding of STLC, QA methodologies, and test types.
Experience in both manual and automated testing.
Proficiency in SQL and database testing.
Experience with Azure Cloud environments.
Background in superannuation or financial services is highly desirable.
