We are seeking to appoint a Project Manager in Adelaide. This newly created role focuses on delivering high‐profile land development projects and building client advocacy.

Relocation to Adelaide may be supported.

Responsibilities

* Manage and deliver projects from due diligence through to development application, coordination of designs and contract administration.
* Negotiate with stakeholders (clients, authorities, other consultants) to ensure successful delivery of projects.
* Develop relationships with potential clients and maintain existing client relationships.
* Assist Principal Engineers with forecasted workloads to meet project deliverables.
* Contribute to sustainable profit generation and growth.
* Manage commercial risk and demonstrate responsible judgment.
* Recruit, manage, train and mentor staff.
* Manage financial targets including budgets and profitability.

Qualifications

* Proven experience planning and managing projects through all stages of delivery, ideally in land development.
* Demonstrated leadership and project management skills.
* Experience budgeting, commercial acumen, and risk management.
* High level industry awareness and engagement.
* Relevant tertiary qualifications.
