Job Description
Community Support Worker Casual role – minimum 15 hours-38 hours per week Opportunity to move to permanent part-time after 6 months
Central Coast Compassionate Care is an established NDIS provider delivering genuine, person-centred support to people living with disability across the Central Coast. We are seeking a Community Support Worker to join our growing team. This role will commence on a casual basis, with the opportunity to transition to permanent part-time after 6 months, based on performance and service needs.
About the Role You will: Provide high-quality, person-centred support in the community
Provide personal care in a respectful, dignified and professional manner Assist with daily living, community access and goal-based activities Support participants to build independence, confidence and social connections
Communicate effectively with participants, families and the care team Work daytime, evening and sleepover shifts as required Be available to work at least one weekend per month
About You You are:
A dedicated and reliable support worker with a genuine passion for supporting others Comfortable and confident providing personal care Flexible and available for day, evening and sleepover shifts
Willing and able to work one weekend per month Able to work independently and use initiative An excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills
Essential Requirements Applicants willing to obtain if successful. Current Driver’s Licence and access to a reliable vehicle
First Aid & CPR Working With Children Check (WWCC)
National Police Check or NDIS Worker Screening Check Valid Australian working rights What
