We're seeking a Network Engineer to support our expanding client base in Western Australia.
This role involves deploying and managing advanced networking solutions, leveraging technical expertise in Linux, cloud technologies (AWS/Azure), and IP Telephony.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver exceptional service standards, addressing requests efficiently and escalating issues as needed.
* Contribute to project tasks, collaborating with cross-functional resources to achieve results.
* Develop and mentor junior engineers, sharing knowledge across the team.
* Maintain compliance with industry policies, processes, and values.
You'll work closely with cloud service providers (AWS/Azure) to integrate cloud-based solutions into your offerings. A minimum of 4-5 years' experience in a similar role is required, along with proficiency in configuring and managing network solutions using Cisco, Fortinet, MikroTik, and Sophos technologies.
