Your new role
As a Rental Sales Officer, you'll be the welcoming face at the front desk, supporting customers through the entire rental process. Your day will involve greeting customers, managing pick-ups and returns, explaining rental terms, processing payments and handling enquiries with a friendly, solutions-focused approach. You'll also contribute to revenue growth by promoting additional products and services, while ensuring all administrative and operational tasks are completed accurately.
What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience in customer service or sales (hospitality, retail or rental industry preferred)Strong communication and interpersonal skillsBasic computer skills and ability to learn rental systemsFlexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidaysA valid full driving licence (required)
