About The Role
We're looking for an energetic, detailed orientated Sales and Marketing Coordinator who loves being a multitasker and aligns with our brand and brings an approachable and creative attitude to their work. This hands-on role (on site) supports the Sales and Marketing leaders in an administrative capacity to help execute strategies to drive revenue, increase brand awareness and engage target audiences.
What you'll do
* Represent the Sales and Marketing department as an engaged, professional yet fun ambassador the StandardX brand and Hyatt brand experience
* Support the Sales team with general administrative tasks and in the preparation of proposals, contracts and presentations
* Assist in the follow up of quotes and client communication
* Assist in the preparation of internal reports and meeting agendas
* Provide logistical support for trade events
* Assist with the tracking and reporting of marketing initiatives including social media engagement, online traffic and campaign effectiveness
* Support the Marketing team in the development of assets including photography and design and graphic content
* Collaborate with internal departments to ensure consistent communication and branding across all materials, platforms and activations
* Assist the Sales and Marketing leaders to arrange both sales and media site inspections and famils
* Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
* Assist in building and nurturing relationships with all clients and partners
* Live and lead Hyatt's purpose of caring for people to be their best, while embodying The Standard's values every day
Qualifications
* Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Administration or a related field
* 1-3 years of experience in a Sales and Marketing Coordination role or similar in a hotel environment
* Tech savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, familiarity with CRM tools and Adobe Creative or similar software
* Confidant and polished communication skills and a positive \"can do\" mindset
* Organisation superpowers - the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
* Readiness to take ownership and shine in a key role
