About The Position
WorkPac is seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our client’s growing team in East Perth. This is a permanent, full time opportunity where you’ll manage a portfolio without the burden of leasing, inspections, or trust accounting. With cloud-based systems, admin support, and flexible work-from-home options, this role allows you to focus on building strong relationships and delivering outstanding service.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing a portfolio of residential properties
- Building and maintaining strong landlord and tenant relationships
- Coordinating maintenance requests and lease renewals
- Handling rental arrears and ensuring compliance with legislation
- Providing exceptional customer service with a solutions-focused approach
Skills & Experience Required
- Current WA Property Management Registration
- Valid WA Drivers Licence
- Minimum 2 years experience in property management
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work proactively, flexibly, and independently
- Passion for customer service and continuous improvement
