Reliability & improvement engineer

Responsibilities
* Assist in leading a continuous improvement focus in reliability and efficiency
* Identify, plan and execute reliability and efficiency improvements
* Support compliance of plants to all internal and external standards and maintain MHF KPI compliance
* Assist in timely management of Corrective Actions
* Assist in the planning and execution of strategic maintenance interventions (TAR's) within R&M budget
* Support and provide input to the preparation of 3-5 year plans
* Support identification, planning and execution of improvement opportunities
Qualifications
* Degree‐qualified Engineer (Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical or Instrumentation preferred)
* Experience in process plant operations or reliability engineering
* Strong problem‐solving and analytical capability
* Effective communicator with a collaborative approach
* Demonstrated ability to manage priorities and deliver outcomes
