Role
As our Crew Lead – Core Product Platform, you'll guide the evolution of our core banking architecture, setting the strategic technical direction and ensuring we deliver resilient, modern, scalable services. As a trusted technology advisor to senior stakeholders, you'll align business strategy with engineering excellence, enabling autonomous delivery at pace.
Your day-to-day
* You'll lead the teams responsible for Bankwest's core banking engineering and integration, driving platform uplift and modernisation across our Core Product systems.
* Provide strategic technology leadership to influence decisions and shape long-term platform direction.
* Define and own the technical roadmap, ensuring alignment with our broader technology strategy.
* Translate business strategy into elegant, scalable technical solutions, enabling empowered delivery squads.
* Leverage modern engineering practices and architectures, including microservices, BIAN, secure-by-design principles, cloud-native development, and contemporary core banking design patterns.
