You will bring to the role your eloquent communication skills, friendly personality, outstanding customer service skills, as well as your well-rounded IT support and troubleshooting skills.
In return, you will join a genuinely friendly and collaborative team and work in modern offices based in Fortitude Valley, close to transport links. This is an initial 3-month contract that has the opportunity to extend, or potentially become permanent.
It is essential that all applicants have the following experience and attributes:
- Previous experience operating in a helpdesk/service desk position
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Previous experience working in a role where documentation was an essential part of the role
- Collaborative team player that likes to share ideas
- Desire to continually learn and improve
- Ability to quickly diagnose and troubleshoot faults
