Boot Fitter – Make Every Turn Count
We're looking for an experienced Boot Fitter to join our team and help guests find the perfect fit for their mountain adventures. In this role, you'll combine technical expertise with outstanding customer service to deliver an unforgettable experience.
What You'll Be Doing
* Provide personalized boot fittings and create custom footbeds
* Perform foot, arch, and calf analysis to ensure optimal comfort and performance
* Repair and modify liners, shells, and footbeds
* Assist guests with our demo ski program and convert trials into sales
* Offer advice and support on other retail products
What You'll Bring
* Previous boot fitting experience in a retail or rental environment (essential)
* Strong technical knowledge of ski boots, skis, bindings, and snow equipment
* Ability to learn and adapt to new product features
* A friendly, approachable attitude with the ability to connect with guests
* Qualifications from Sidas, Masterfit, or Boot Doc (highly desirable)
