AECOMs Water business line is seeking an engaging and collaborative Sector Manager to join our Perth key leadership role you'll help drive market growth strengthen client relationships and support the continued development of our talented team in Western Australia.

How you'll make a difference
* Lead the execution and growth of the water sector strategy in Western Australia driving client engagement market differentiation and successful project delivery across the region.
* Ensure technical and delivery excellence maintaining the highest standards of quality safety governance and client satisfaction.
* Foster collaboration and team growth mentoring staff championing digital innovation and building strong relationships with clients and industry partners.
* Drive innovation and continuous improvement leveraging regional and global expertise to implement best practices and enhance delivery outcomes.
Qualifications

* A relevant tertiary degree & CPEng.
* A passion for mentoring leadership & collaboration.
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with an ability to build relationships and engage with a diverse range of stakeholders at varying levels.
* Commercial and strategic acumen with the ability to make informed decisions that balance profitability, efficiency and market insight.
