In this pivotal role, you'll be at the centre of the action, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our newsroom.
What You'll Do:
Coordinate day-to-day newsroom logistics, including staff rostering.
Serve as the first point of contact for the public, handling queries, feedback, and news tips with professionalism.
Manage the flow of incoming information, including press releases and correspondence.
Process payments for our network of valued contributors.
Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and discretion.
