Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled and innovative National Channel Manager to lead our high-performing team focused on attracting top talent to the Australian Defence Force (ADF).
This role involves creating and implementing high-impact paid media, partnership, and event marketing strategies to drive results.
Key Responsibilities:
* Strategy Development: Develop and lead the annual strategy across paid media, partnerships, and events to attract top talent to the ADF.
* Media Agency Management: Manage relationships with media agencies to ensure innovative and high-performing campaigns that meet business objectives.
* Audience Engagement: Maximize audience reach through effective channel selection and campaign execution.
* Collaboration and Alignment: Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to align marketing efforts with recruitment priorities.
* Event Marketing: Support event marketing initiatives, including advertising, creative, promotional materials, and innovations to engage key talent communities.
* Partnership Management: Manage strategic or paid partnership opportunities to engage key talent communities.
* Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with government approval processes and reporting requirements.
