As part of the award-winning Lancemore Hotel Group, we're looking for talented casual chefs to join our kitchen team.

About The Role
You'll work as part of our kitchen team to deliver high-quality meals across restaurant service, and large-scale functions including weddings and corporate events.
Key Responsibilities Include
* Preparing and plating dishes to a high standard
* Supporting the team with service flow across restaurant and event operations
* Maintaining a clean, safe, and well organised work area
* Adapting to changing service demands and team needs
What We're Looking For
* Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or higher) is essential
* Experience in à la carte and/or banquet-style kitchens is highly regarded
* Understanding of Australian food safety and HACCP principles
* Calm under pressure with a reliable, can-do attitude
* Availability across weekdays, weekends, and public holidays (as rostered)
* Work rights in Australia
